Project information stays connected to your request.

RR Quality Work uses the information submitted through this website only to prepare a preliminary estimate, review a project, respond to the customer and coordinate a requested visit.

Information we receive

A request may include the customer’s name, phone number, optional email, project address, project description, preferred appointment time and up to four project photos.

How it is used

Project details may be reviewed by RR Quality Work and, when photos are submitted for an online estimate, by a secure photo-analysis service that identifies visible estimating factors. Automated photo review does not set the final price. RR Quality Work confirms every final scope and price.

Storage and sharing

Requests and photos are stored in private website storage and are not sold. They may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the request, email and photo-review functions, or when required by law.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website, including page views, general interaction data and completed estimate or appointment-request actions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and does not receive the project photos, customer notes, street address, phone number or email entered into our request forms.
